The Texas A&M Lettermen's Association is a 501(c)(7) social club. Sponsors are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their sponsorship as a business/marketing expense.
+Why are Gameday sponsorships limited to Members?
As a 501(c)(7) social club, the Lettermen’s Association must be primarily supported by its Members. Because gameday sponsorships include Member-only benefits and recognition, these opportunities are limited to Members to ensure compliance with federal tax law and the organization’s governing documents.
